Access Control The program includes access control features to ensure everyone that needs access has the appropriate project visibility and editing rights: Access can be granted to users at a level allowing the simple viewing of project data and reports, to full administrative rights The access rights on specific projects for a user can be tailored to accommodate different roles on projects, from resource, through project manager, to project director. Financial Tracking The PPC contains a robust system to track finances to ensure governance criteria are met: Original and current budgets are recorded by Phase or reporting entity Actual and forecast costs are tabulated and displayed graphically to show cost performance Budget columns are summed automatically to reconcile project budgets. Schedule Tracking A comprehensive facility to record and report against schedule and milestone dates ensures projects are managed with the right level of schedule and progress detail: Schedule tasks are represented in a bar chart with budgeted/approved data and actual/forecast data to show project schedule performance by phase or reporting entity Actual progress and forecast progress are tracked and displayed on a line graph Milestones are listed, tracked and displayed for efficient review.
